Whats up and whats next
Secured some meaningful clients and started to make money.
It's been very satisfying working with some leaders on high-level coaching projects.
I am now in a position where I am not sure about what to do with this community.
The material is very similar to what I'm teaching CEOs, but this medium isn't working.
Atleast the way I'm trying to do it here at the moment isnt working.
I don't see how to make this community vibrant within a time frame of a few months.
I know I've got the wrong approach here, judging by how often people show up, participate in discussions and work through courses.
It's just not engaging, useful, safe or fun enough.
So I am thinking about what comes next.
