Restructuring IEE
I’m integrating my thinking on commitment, and also adjusting the community based on feedback I received.
I’ll start by saying
  1. I’m here to make money; this is a business endeavour. That means I want to sell things that are useful and impactful for members - and make a very compelling case for others to join.
  2. I want to see you succeed, change, transform. To see you become the biggest, baddest/best version of yourself that you dream of.
But as per the previous messages. Transformations need personal commitment.
So I have been looking into other communities and exploring ideas on how to make this space work. For now, I’m building out different tiers aligned to varying levels of commitment.
1 An entry 'thinking about change' tier
2 A 'low commitment' tier.
3 An 'all in' transformation tier.
The big reason for this shift was realising the community was too much for new members joining.
And on a personal note, I want to give my best to those who are also giving their best, and I can't sustain doing that for free. So I need to make the space and incentive structures for that to happen.
So tiers are coming. Content and calls are getting redistributed etc. But most importantly, I want to create tiers that ‘just make sense’. I'm asking myself how can I provide the right amount of member support with different personal commitments and objectives, while also honouring my own time and resources.
If you have thoughts or requests, let me know!
