In Medical Qigong, stagnation isn’t a personal failure or something to fight against. It’s information. When breath, attention, or energy stop moving freely, the body gives us signals — tension, fatigue, discomfort, or a feeling of being stuck.
In this video, I share how simply noticing where stagnation lives allows breath and intention to begin restoring movement and circulation, without forcing or overriding the body’s natural intelligence.
