Introducing Myself
Hey, I'm Abhinav Gupta, and my store is Sangam stores, an offline retail business that deals with utensils, furnitures, electronic appliances, Powertools machinery and farming machineries. I've been managing my family business for last 5 years+ and made many stupid mistakes.
I've learnt digital marketing, copywriting, webdesign, seo etc, but have yet to utilize it in realtime.
My biggest challenge right now is to increase customer retention and footprint (struggling from a competition), possibly break into wholesale market and expand online (roadblock due to logistic issue).
