When moving through complex change, we have different parts of ourselves. There are the parts of ourselves that are confident in the direction we are going in There are the parts of ourselves that are uncertain on IF this is the right direction to move towards There are the parts of us that are concerned with what others think There are the parts of ourselves that feel capable There are the parts of ourselves that feel incapable And on and on and on.... While you can't always control your feelings you can control what feelings you decide to listen to in any given moment and you get to prioritize connecting to a more useful feeling state. So if you are feeling uncertain you can ask yourself "well, what is the capable part of me thinking and feeling about this situation and how can I amplify those emotions". This can give you enough space to get the work done and you can alchemize the feeling states that feel less useful with ritual at a different time. So what part of YOU are you listening to, and how can you lean into the parts that are most connected to the world you would like to build.
