The Log Book
A ship's log is a record other people can read, long after the voyage that produced it, and trust, because it was written at the time, not reconstructed afterward to sound better. That's what this space is for.
I've kept a version of this myself for over twenty years, testimonials collected as the work happened and left somewhere public and permanent rather than filed away privately. Some of mine are two decades old and still sitting there, unedited, proving something a private email never could: not just that the work was good once, but that I was confident enough in it to let the record stand for strangers to read.
Use this category a log book. Post your wins here, whatever stage they're at. A first customer found. A margin improved. A referral that came in without you asking. A tool that got you unstuck. It doesn't need to be dramatic to be worth logging, small entries add up to a record over time, the same way a ship's log does.
Post when it happens, not months later when the details have softened. Say what you did, what changed, and if you can, the number behind it. Specific beats impressive every time.
If someone else's entry helped you get moving, say so underneath it. That's the whole point of a log kept in public rather than a private folder, it works for the person who wrote it and the person reading it next.
This is where the proof lives. Add to it.
