I can't wait for your new book, I find your wit so entertaining, I aspire to write like you. I find it sad and interesting that there are many who have spent so much of their life learning that they don't want to learn new stuff. They are really saying they have moved on from education and are focused on the doing. There is an opportunity to support more of those who are doing and even for them, still plenty to learn. Hi Andrea, Thanks for joining. Lovely to see you here. What is the biggest issue that authors face right now?

@Caroline Hurry I think you are right it is a lot. However, here's a thought for you. Would you prefer to focus on marketing using your writing skills? You don't need to become a designer, you don't have to become a video editor, or appear in videos etc, you could. You could also double down on the writing and achieve all your objectives through the written word.

Hey Jan, thanks for joining. I love your mission, it is really important to have one, and yours is big and clear. So many have yet to work out what their mission is, so you are ahead of most people, congratulations. The key to all this is implementation. It is not difficult to imagine a stair case where at the top there are the millions of people with disease whose life could be improved if there was a cure. Where are you on that staircase? I would imagine, not as many steps up the staircase as you would like. Yet I am certain you have traversed some of them, what is your next step? Or from where you are is it possible to leap up a couple?

I have spent decades supporting business owners in their quest to find success, increase profitability, find more and better customers, by focusing on areas like quality, price, distribution and promotion. I have found the biggest issue for most is the confusion of most things outside of their expert knowledge. I try to declutter, eliminate distraction, and tune the focus into areas that count. Every situation, every person is different, but there is a list, and the issue that needs to be addressed is always on the list.
