The Crow's Nest
The crow's nest doesn't steer the ship. It sees further than the deck ever can, and calls out what's coming before anyone else on board has a chance to notice.
This category is that lookout point. Not how-to content, not a tool, just what's changing in the water ahead: shifts worth knowing about before they reach you, patterns showing up across enough businesses and conversations to be worth naming, ideas still forming that aren't ready to be a full book chapter yet but are worth saying out loud.
What's here
Shorter, more frequent posts than the other categories. Some will turn into something bigger later, an article, a chapter, a tool. Most are simply useful now, a heads-up rather than a guide.
How to use it
Read it the way you'd listen to a lookout, not as instruction, as information. Take what's useful, discard what isn't relevant to where you are, and if you spot something from the deck that the nest hasn't called yet, say so. A lookout works better with more than one set of eyes on the horizon.
