We're looking for one outreach partner to join our team!
We help content creators scale their income through full-service management: content strategy, monetization, audience growth, and 24/7 operations. We've been doing this for 5+ years and one of our clients generated $4M+ in total revenue with us.
What you'll be doing:
→ Recording short 30-second selfie video intros using our script
→ Sending daily Instagram DMs to content creators
→ Starting genuine conversations and building rapport
→ Booking qualified discovery calls for our team
→ Following up with warm leads
→ Tracking all activity in our system
Working commitment:
→ Around 2-3 hours per day
→ 50 DMs per day target
→ Flexible hours, consistency is what matters
We're looking for someone who:
→ Is confident and natural on camera
→ Speaks fluent English with clear pronunciation
→ Can start conversations without sounding scripted
→ Shows up every day and hits their targets
→ Wants to build long-term income, not chase one-off gigs
No experience needed. We train you for free. Scripts, leads, templates, tracking, weekly coaching, everything is provided.
What you'll earn:
→ $20 per booked call (attended) from day one
→ 10% of our management cut for the first 3 months per client you bring in
→ 5% lifetime after that, as long as the client stays. No cap
→ Realistic OTE: $2,000-4,000+/month after ramp-up
→ One team member earned $140k+ from a single client introduction
Our process:
2-week trial to make sure it's a fit for both sides. You get the full system from day one.
