**Hiring Appointment Setters: Recurring Commission + 1:1 Founder Coaching**

I run **Accelra**, an AI automation agency for local service businesses. Looking for setters who can book qualified business owners on our calendar. You book it, we nurture it, we close it.

**You won't be left on your own.** You'll work directly with me and my co-founder. Between us we have 20+ years of B2B sales experience, and we coach heavily: 1:1 time, call reviews, and real feedback on your outreach. The goal is to turn you into a closer.

**The pay:**

• **10% of upfront cash** at close

• **10% of monthly recurring revenue** for as long as the client stays

**Standard deal:** $3,000 upfront + $750/mo

→ You get **$300 upfront + $75/month, every month**

**It stacks.** At 2 deals a week, your residual check alone hits **$7,200/month** by month 12. That's ~$75K in year one, and the residual keeps paying.

**The path:** We're building setters into **Closers at 30%** ($900 upfront + $225/mo per deal). We'll teach you how we close so you can take that seat.
