We're Hiring Cold Callers — $500 Per Sale, Commission Only

We're a B2B outbound agency scaling fast and we need hungry callers to join the team.

The role:

You book meetings with recruitment business owners. When a meeting you set turns into a closed deal, you earn $500. No cap on how many you can close.

What this looks like day-to-day:

Cold calling from a targeted list, following a proven script, and setting qualified appointments for our Founder. We give you the leads, the training, and the system — you bring the effort.

Why this isn't just another "commission-only" gig:

We're building something real and scaling hard over the next few months. The callers who show up and perform have a direct path to becoming closers on the team — where the earnings jump significantly. This isn't a side hustle we forget about. We're looking for people who want to grow with us.
