-How To Get An Edge On Competitors?
What do you look out for when scouting competitors? I’ve been studying up on saunas for the past couple of weeks and notice some of the competitors website’s in my opinion don’t seem to tailor their themes to the target audience, when I think of the target market that would be interested in this I think of people who are health and wellness minded / organic / alternative type personalities and I don’t see any co-relation to the websites themes that would captivate someone from that audience to be engaged, simply even down to the colour themes, one that stood out was dominated by red which I’ve read is a trigger colour in marketing or something along those lines but to me it doesn’t align well with the product. I would think greens and browns would make someone from that audience feel more aligned and feel safer to spend.. just my personal thoughts. Saunas from China have some red tape around compliance with NZ electrical standards and capabilities I’ve noticed. What are some key points you would look at with competitors? Are there any certain stand out points that would show they are dominant in their field and there wouldn’t be a chance to compete? I Really appreciate the information you are revealing online it’s super digestible and straight forward.
