Magic Wand, Resilience and Grit
If you could Wave your Magic Wand, exhibit Resilience or Grit, which would you choose.
While at times, we would all like to wave a magic wand and make everything right, often getting things the easy way doesn't pay off in the long run.
Resilience is the ability to adapt, recover, and "bounce back" from setbacks or adversity. Many of us have inherited this from our parents. It is a noble trait.
Grit is the sustained passion and long-term perseverance to pursue a specific goal over an extended period.
What are you being "Gritty" about at this moment in your life? What is that passion you are standing up for?
