INFLUENCE and how to be genuinely interested in someone (especially kids)
Hey, probably we have all heard that if we truly want to CONNECT with someone and INFLUENCE people, we have to let them know we are FOR THEM and see the good in them.
Now, complimenting people is all fine and dandy. However, doing it in a natural and authentic way is INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT (for me at least).
What short phrases do you use to compliment someone so that it doesn't feel condescending and false, but rewarding and empowering?
Please share, as all of us could learn how to do this better.
