Identify one challenging day ahead every week
If you can identify one challenging day ahead this week where you are not sure how you're going to manage dinner for you and your kids, then make a plan and write it down. You just eliminated something you have to worry about and can make it happen.
For me, it's going to be Wednesday. My son has a baseball game from 3-6 (ish) and my daughter has choir rehearsal from 6-7 and I want it to be ready for everyone when we're home together.
