Where the focus goes, the energy flows
People like James Clear ("Atomic Habits" book) help people kill old habits and create new ones.
I have found that it is NOT HELPFUL to focus on changing/killing your bad habits/behaviors!!!!
Instead, focus on a SMALL new habit.
When our focus goes to a positive new habit/behavior, the old habit slowly atrophies because it is not getting the attention it once was.
