We don't always know what's going on with other people, especially strangers in the street.
Of course we don't need to let people walk all over us, but we do at least need to give them a little grace, and if they are still causing us problems, ask them if they are ok, or we can help them with something.
This didn't come easily to me when I was 100% consumed with getting what I want from life. Now I get way more by not being bothered about the long line, the stupid paperwork people ask for or whatever.
