It has been a long, fun, stressful at times but what an amazing journey so far. Rhiannon and I are one step closer to our first Dan. I know the road only gets tougher both physically and mentally but I can only do the best I can do. I feel rather I know I have come leaps and bounds since my very first lesson. Im not sure if Master Demers or Master Ford will see this but thank you so much for not giving up on me especially and still encouraging and working with me. Rhiannon and I are very thankful to have all the support we have been blessed with from all our seniors and instructors. I know smiling is not technically traditional but honestly it is hard not to, even though Master Demers makes me so nervous, his passion for teaching is undeniable. So Thank you, especially to Mr Connolly for always taking the time to answer my questions and help me stay out of my own head. Thank you to Mr Ford for your precision in patterns and always taking the time to teach and correct us.

I won't spam you but will keep you updated as this platform does not allow me to send information emails as freely. The virtual school will introduce (or re-introduce) martial arts to beginners. The classes will start at absolute beginner level with an orientation and then deliver complete classes in order. It will be more personal than a group class as every student will start at class 1 and then move to class 2, then 3 and onwards... You will never worry about missing a class because you cannot see the next class until you take the current one scheduled for you.
