Taekwon Sahyunim loved and live this vlog! My father/instructor as well as late grandmother/instructor have always been meticulous on topics such as our training secrets always teaching one never truly begins to understand or practice until we understand our Generals methodology.! As I’ve grown I’ve learned this intrinsically to be true and after seeing (online only, unfortunately) Master Choi Jung Hwa and many of his explanations and corrections. I was wondering if you could expound on HIP TORQUE and its relation to our fundemental movement (Gibon Yonsup) and sinewave. Unfortunately, in my estimation through practice and study I feel as though many practitioners augment body movement because of the lack of practice, knowledge, and or understanding and awareness of such techniques. “A black belt is not the end. It is only the beginning.” ~ General Choi Hong Hi 12 words couldn’t have been more appropriate when realizing how much we all should stay within our path of humility and and in a constant state of learning!
The only person you need to be better than is self.! Instructors notice this first! My grandmother a 50+ year practitioner always taught me… no such thing as a bad students… definitely such things as bad instructors.!
Never just Tae Kwon.. always Taekwon-Do. Our Do is what separates us from the other Arts and or factions of our own! Etiquette is the most integral part of the ethos that underpins each relationship, interaction, or personal development in our Art form!
