This appeared on my feed and wanted to share it with the group. Wondering if this tracks with your experience? While I don't know the OP, I do know that this is where I want to share research like this and have conversations about it. LMK your thoughts.

LinkedIn just confirmed that Articles are the #1 format AI cites from their platform 🤯
According to their own internal data, Articles make up 60% of all LinkedIn content citations in AI search. While posts and pages account for the rest.
That means when someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity a question in your industry, long-form Articles are what AI is pulling from most.
And LinkedIn shared exactly what makes an Article get cited:
→ Frame your title as a question your audience is already asking
→ Add a TL;DR at the top
→ Use H2 subheadings as direct questions
→ Publish consistently on the same topic area
→ Aim for depth (around 800–1,200 words)
Engagement still signals credibility, too. Highly cited articles typically have 60+ reactions and 10+ *quality* comments.
So, what does this mean? Your LinkedIn strategy is your AI strategy now.
And if Articles aren't part of it, someone else in your space is taking that visibility 👀
