The Role We are currently recruiting 2 Part-Time Personal Trainers / Class Instructors to support our growing member base. This is a part-time position with a planned transition to full-time over the next 6 months for the right candidates as the club continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Coach and instruct group classes (e.g. strength & conditioning, kettlebells, TRX, circuit, spin, etc.). Engage and motivate members on the gym floor. Support member onboarding and fitness inductions. Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer experience Optional Deliver high-quality personal training sessions (Outside of working hours), which will provide extra income. What We’re Looking For Qualified Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor. Experience in group class instruction preferred. Strong communication and people skills.
