Celebrating the 1st Constellation today!

I had a wonderful constellation today inside this group. Constellations are always so deeply moving, profound, and rich with feeling....helping us to access the parts of us that have become frozen or numb out of the instinct to survive or move beyond pain.

It was such an honor and I look forward to next month's constellation - and so I hope to see more of you!
