You don’t have to answer them all. Notice which questions create a reaction in your body, make you uncomfortable, excite you, or immediately bring something to mind. Start there. Who am I becoming that my current life has not fully caught up with yet? Where am I still waiting for permission to be who I already know myself to be? What part of me is ready to become more visible? What am I afraid might happen if I allow myself to be fully seen? Where have I confused belonging with fitting in? What truth have I known for a long time but have been reluctant to speak? What inherited family story about success, money, power, love, or visibility might no longer belong to me? Where have I given away my authority—to a partner, teacher, parent, institution, spiritual leader, community, or belief system? What does healthy power feel like in my body? How is it different from control, force, or domination? Where am I being invited to receive more rather than work harder, prove myself, or over-give? What do I desire that I have secretly decided is “too much” to ask for? Where is there an imbalance between giving and receiving in my life? What wants to be created through me right now—not because it will be successful, but because it wants to exist? If I stopped performing the version of myself others have come to expect, who might I become? Where is my spiritual understanding asking to become physical reality—through my money, relationships, work, boundaries, home, body, or choices? What would change if I trusted that my voice matters even when others disagree with me? What relationship, role, identity, belief, or pattern feels as though it has reached completion? What does sovereignty without isolation look like for me? How can I belong deeply to community without abandoning myself? What is one courageous action I can take now that would tell Life: “I am ready to participate in what I have been asking for.” And one final question… If there were nothing wrong with me, nothing to fix, and nothing I needed to prove—what would I allow myself to become?

I also love all of these - the one my eyes were drawn to was the last one. This question wants me to journal, vision board, meditate, reiki - all the things. Thank you Tania.
Celebrating the 1st Constellation today!
I had a wonderful constellation today inside this group. Constellations are always so deeply moving, profound, and rich with feeling....helping us to access the parts of us that have become frozen or numb out of the instinct to survive or move beyond pain. It was such an honor and I look forward to next month's constellation - and so I hope to see more of you! Next call will be the New Earth Business Support Call via Systemic Constellations work. Available for premium subscribers. What are you celebrating today?

Today I'm celebrating having the opportunity to reconnect with my son and grandchildren. I've missed them terribly and am allowing myself to feel all the feelings.
Upcoming Constellation Happening Outside of Skool
Family Constellation Workshop: Reclaiming the Divine Feminine Saturday, August 9 | 9:00 AM–12:00 PM PST Donation-Based: $20–$33 There is a part of every one of us that longs to soften. To trust. To receive. To create. To rest. To listen deeply. To move with life instead of constantly pushing against it. These are the qualities of the Divine Feminine. The Divine Feminine is a sacred aspect that lives within every soul. She is intuition, compassion, receptivity, creativity, presence, nurturing, and our profound connection to the Earth, to one another, and to God. Yet for so many of us, these qualities have been buried beneath generations of pain. Perhaps your ancestors had to become hard simply to survive. Perhaps emotions weren't safe to express. Perhaps your mother wasn't able to nurture because no one had nurtured her. Perhaps your voice was silenced, your intuition dismissed, or your heart learned that it was safer to protect than to open. Family Constellations helps us uncover these hidden dynamics—not through analysis, but by entering the living field of the family system. What has remained unconscious begins to reveal itself, allowing love to flow where it has been blocked for generations. I'm inviting representatives to join this powerful workshop. You do not need to bring your own issue to experience profound healing. In Family Constellations, representatives are often deeply moved by the roles they step into. Time and again, people discover that the very issue being explored reflects something unfolding within their own lives. The field has a remarkable way of bringing together exactly the people who are meant to be there. As a representative, you may: Gain unexpected insight into your own life. Experience healing without being the focus of the constellation. Develop greater compassion for yourself and others. Deepen your intuition and ability to sense what lives beneath the surface. Witness the extraordinary wisdom of the Knowing Field. Many people leave saying, "I received exactly what I didn't even know I needed."

Connecting with the Earth
Yesterday, a few ladies and myself spent some time in and with nature with intention. Walking in silence. Praying for the land where there had been fires and logging, walking to a beautiful pond that sat in a bowl surrounded by forest. We made a little altar of stones which we had written our prayers on, feathers, and sage at the base of a large, beautiful ponderosa pine that was well over 300 years old. We heard coyotes, encountered grouse, woodpecker, squirrels and evidence of bear. Yesterday we were lucky to have clear skies as fires rage all around us. This was our 3rd "land activation". It's a ritual we started several weeks ago, this one being our 3rd. It's nothing fancy, and nothing that we got "trained" in. We are simply leading with our hearts, acknowledging our ancestors and acknowledging the ancestors of the land. To listen to Mother Nature, reclaim our sense of belonging to place, and step into the duty of stewardship. We pray, meditate, drum, laugh, cry, and share whatever is on our hearts. Collectively I think we can see how disconnected we have become. "Civilization collapse" is happening now. But in that I truly believe there is the good news. Through collapse/destruction something new can be born. What that "new" thing is to be, is up to us to decide and act upon. So thanks to a beautiful friend who was inspired and courageous enough to reach out to me to start this movement (I can't think of a better word at the moment) is a revolutionary act. It is revolutionary because it is a choice to reconnect to place, each other, the natural living world and claim it all as sacred and worthy of belonging because it exists in the face of powers that be that want to further enslave us, separate us, and who only see the earth as a resource to be used. The way to a New Earth I believe will be through cultivating authentic, real relationships with one another, connected to the heart. I feel we must touch the longing we have been conditioned not to feel and act upon that to honor it. And through that honoring, real change, at a soul level can begin. When we change what lives on the inside, the outside world changes as a result.

So sorry I missed it! I'm longing to be connected again and to cultivate new relationships. I feel the pull daily to do more than just work. This life is important and we have great work to do. Sending Reiki to the earth for her healing and growth.
When Grief gets stirred
Well, I don't know about you, but sometimes grief will come up sideways in my world. Like a sudden volcanic eruption. Yesterday, feeling exhausted on my way to work (I clean air bnb's on the side for my dear friend) I stopped by the health food store to grab something to eat, as I didn't have time for breakfast. The woman behind the counter asked 'How are you?" and so I replied with "I'm EXHAUSTED". I proceeded to tell her I had an account with some credit after which she said "Well, it's 11:30 and breakfast is over, so here." and she handed me the sandwich. I was deeply moved, because I hardly EVER let anyone see my own vulnerability and to be met with a free sandwich felt pretty heartwarming. The last time a stranger paid for something was on my 33rd birthday (I'm 51 now) when a stranger paid for me and my friend's dinner. I thank the cashier, of course, and left to get to my car only to find a beautiful yellowtail butterfly struggling on the ground. It was fatally injured, crawling on the asphalt. I picked it up and took it with me in the car. And I wept. I wept because I felt helpless towards this poor beautiful creature - probably hit by a car. And here there is thick smoke - a constant reminder of all the countless number of creatures and habitats that are dying. Sometimes the grief just hits - when you feel like it is just all too overwhelming and my emotions were literally on the edges of my sleeve. What do you do, or how do you cope when grief hits you out of no where? What grief are you holding today, or trying to keep at bay?

Thank you Tania - I appreciate your openness to sharing. I cried when I read this. Recently lost my dad and brother in law and haven't allowed myself time to grieve or feel anything at all. I'm exhausted with being so damn strong all the time.
