Not just physically — but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Because the truth is… You can leave a place and still be carrying how it made you feel. But today, we begin the work of releasing, restoring, and rebuilding safety within ourselves. 💭 Inner Work Check-In: - Where have I felt like I had to shrink, over-explain, or walk on eggshells? - What environments made me question my worth or peace? - What am I still carrying from those experiences? Be honest… but be gentle with yourself. 🌿 Healing Truths to Hold On To: - You are not “too much” — you were just in spaces that couldn’t hold you - You are allowed to feel safe, seen, and respected - You don’t have to earn peace — you can choose it 🧠 How We Begin to Recover: ✨ 1. Rebuild Trust With Yourself Keep small promises to yourself. Show yourself that you are safe with you. ✨ 2. Create New Standards What once felt “normal” doesn’t have to be your normal anymore. Peace, clarity, and respect are your new baseline. ✨ 3. Give Yourself Permission to Rest Healing from unsafe spaces is real work. Rest is part of your recovery. ✨ 4.
