Growth isn’t always soft… sometimes it’s structured, disciplined, and requires you to choose what’s necessary over what’s easy. So today, we build life systems that support the version of you you’re becoming. Here’s how: 🔹 1. Choose Hard Better There are two types of hard: - Staying the same (frustration, stagnation) - Growing (discipline, stretching) Choose the hard that moves your life forward. 🔹 2. Create Systems, Not Just Goals Goals sound good. Systems get results. Instead of saying “I want to be better,” ask: 👉🏽 What daily system supports that? Examples: - 10-minute morning prayer before checking your phone - Budget check every Wednesday - 30-minute focused work block daily 🔹 3.
