What Stood Out Most:
Day 1 completed 10 000 steps, stayed active, I also managed to pre cook meals (healty meals) for the week ahead. I never did this before, not only was this a win on the health side, but I now created more time in a stresful environment to focus on the path ahead. Now the next step is consistency!
