Subscription tracking issue
I’m trying to connect Hyros with Skool but running into a few issues and would love some guidance:
  1. When someone signs up for a subscription, Hyros logs it under Sales instead of Subscriptions.
  2. It already shows an income of $99, even though the person is only on a trial. Will this disappear if they cancel before paying?
  3. If someone upgrades (e.g. from $99/month to $595/year), will Hyros update this automatically — or just log it as a new order?
  4. How are renewals tracked? Monthly after the first month, and yearly after the first year?
Hyros support told me Skool currently sends sales as orders (using “$api-XXX”) instead of subscriptions (“#api-xxx”). I was told to reach out here to confirm if Skool can send subscriptions instead of orders and whether cancellations/renewals/upgrades are passed correctly to Hyros.
Has anyone figured out a workaround or a fix for this?
