Revenue discrepancy
Can anyone help with this issue?
We have multiple sales channels connected to Shopify, such as POS, Faire, and others.
The problem is that the revenue in HYROS doesn't match the revenue in Shopify because sales from multiple channels are being sent to HYROS.
What we want is for only specific sales channels to send purchase data to HYROS, while excluding the others.
We've already discussed this with the HYROS team assigned to us, but they haven't been able to provide a solution due to technical limitations.
Has anyone dealt with this before or found a workaround?
