Monday mindset!
Hey guys! Happy Monday! Another fresh week, and another fresh reason to show up.
Everyone has a why. It could be your kids. Your health. The fire that comes from competing. Or simply proving to yourself that you can do hard things.
Mine is this:
It’s part of who I am. Not just a job or a sport, but where I feel alive, grounded, and in control. I train for performance; I love seeing just what my body and mind are capable are. I train for mental clarity, for the challenge.
