☀️ Welcome to the Hustle 24/7 Summer Accountability Challenge! 💪🔥 Welcome to the challenge! I’m excited to have everyone here. Over the next several weeks, our goal is simple: build consistency, stay accountable, and support one another. This challenge is completely FREE, and it’s designed for everyone—whether you’re just getting started or already crushing your fitness and health goals. 🎯 The Goal The objective isn’t to be perfect. The objective is to show up every day and stack small wins that lead to big results. Every healthy choice counts! 📝 How It Works Every evening, I’ll post a Daily Check-In. Simply comment with the habits you completed that day. Each completed habit is worth 1 point. For example: ✅ Workout ✅ 10,000+ steps ✅ Hit my protein goal ✅ Drank enough water ✅ Read for 10 minutes Total: 5 points That’s it! ⭐ Daily Habits Each completed habit earns 1 point. Track the habits that apply to your personal goals. Some examples include: - 💪 Completed a workout - 🚶 Hit your daily step goal - 🥩 Reached your protein goal - 💧 Drank your daily water goal - 🥗 Stayed on your nutrition plan - 📚 Read or listened to personal development - 😴 Got a good night’s sleep - 🧘 Completed stretching, mobility, or recovery If a habit moves you closer to your goals, it counts! 📅 Weekly Check-In Every Sunday, I’ll post a Weekly Check-In. This is where you’ll share weekly accomplishments that aren’t part of your daily habits, such as: - ✅ Meal prepped - ✅ Weighed in - ✅ Took progress photos - ✅ Planned the upcoming week - ✅ Hit a personal best - ✅ Achieved another weekly goal Each weekly accomplishment is also worth 1 point. 🏆 Leaderboard I’ll add up everyone’s points throughout the challenge and post regular leaderboard updates so everyone can see how they’re doing. Remember… This isn’t about beating someone else. It’s about becoming more consistent than you were yesterday. Miss a day? No problem.
