Lately I’ve been struggling with pretty intense afternoon crashes, which is new for me. I work out in the mornings and usually start my day feeling energized, but between 2–3pm I hit a wall and feel like I could fall asleep.
After work, I still push myself to walk our dog, Doug, but by then I’m completely wiped. It feels like I have nothing left in the tank. Most nights I’m in bed and asleep by 8:30, and sometimes I’m honestly forcing myself to even stay up that late.
No matter what time I go to bed, I’m always up around 5am. I usually wake up once during the night but fall right back asleep.
Anyone have any suggestions?
