1- Less sugared drinks
2- Stop eating before my stomach full
3- Eating slowly
4- To drink 1 glass of water before each meal
5- Eat in smaller portions
6- Reduce carbs intake
7- Less processed food
8- Less caffeine
9- More fruits and vegetables
10- Reduce snacking in between meal
You can pick just 1 or 2 habits per day, as long as you have total of 10 habits the whole challenge.
