🔥 10/10 10 (October) Challenge🔥
Hey guys! Join me on this very first challenge organized by me which I call "10/10 10 (October) Challenge". This challenge is mainly done in my community, the Soft Soulful Survivor, but I also will be posting the progress here in The HuRU Crew (please allow me and 😁).
The idea is, for the whole month of October, we challenge ourselves to feel 10/10 every day by committing to these 10 small but powerful habits everyday. By the end of the week, we will do reflections on how these habits affect our life.
So, if you are ready, here are the 10 habits to follow:
1️⃣10 minutes of movement (walk, stretch, workout)
2️⃣10 minutes of learning (read, podcast, course)
3️⃣10 minutes of journaling or reflection
4️⃣10 minutes of mindfulness (meditation, prayer, deep breathing)
5️⃣10 healthy food choices (swap junk with nourishing options)
6️⃣10 glasses of water
7️⃣10 compliments / gratitude notes (to self or others)
8️⃣10 minutes of connection (with family/friends/yourself)
9️⃣10 affirmations or positive thoughts
1️⃣0️⃣10 minutes of winding down (stretch, gratitude, prayer, or light reading)
This challenge starts by Oct 1st until 31st October. By the end of this challenge, hopefully we can feel 10/10 and better in every aspect of our lives. If you are excited or interested with this fun and simple challenge, please drop some 💗 emoji.
