Skill training help
So I have been working out for 2,5 years now and recently I wanted to focus more on calisthenics skills because I think I got the basics pretty good: I can do 15 clean pull ups, 50 push ups, 6x20kg dips and pull ups, 2 muscle ups, 3sec adv tuck front lever, 15sec tuck planche and 20sec handstand hold. I'm currently working on my front lever, planche and handstand. But I don't really know what is the most efficient way to train for them because currently I'm just trying them(based on progressions of course). And how should I warm up for them because I hurt my wrist by doing handstands.
