I went down a deeper AHDH rabbit hole last week...
I routinely re-conclude it is all connected... this is an interesting conversation and the channel has many thought provoking conversations with current experts on how our neurology, emotions, pain, function, dysfunction, story, nutrition, relationships, self care all add up to our experiences.
