Root of Anxiety - A Toolkit.
Many of us struggle with reoccurring anxiety, and often struggle to navigate or share our internal experiences. What is anxiety? It's a state of constant worry to the point where our minds can't stay in a state of calm. Worry comes from FEAR ➡️ when we experience fear, our body goes into an ALERT MODE 🚨. A part of our brain called "amygdala" is responsible to keep us alert. For example, if you hear a loud noise while driving on the road, you react right away - either by looking/stopping, etc). That's your amygdala activating as soon as it detected danger to keep you safe. Therefore, you detect Danger ➡️ Fear ➡️ Worry ➡️ Alert. When does it exactly turn into anxiety? It's when you're in ALERT MODE for PROLONGED PERIOD of time, even when there is no Immediate Danger. Which means your brain is 'anticipating a possible danger' which is still not here. (Physical symptom: racing heart, sweaty palms, sleep disturbance) What's the solution? - Identify the fear, what is your Brain thinking about? Fear often comes from Uncertainty. ‼️ - Once you identify the uncertainty, you must recognize 'over thinking' isn't helping. - Write down 5 different ACTIONS you can take to reduce that Uncertainty. - Choose the TOP 2 actions out of the 5. - Act on it, immediately. It works like magic. Trying it and share how it helped you, your story might help someone else too. ✨🤏🏻

Law of Attraction 🧲
What's the real meaning of the law of attraction? Ever wonderded everyone talks about how we must use our imagination, to get what we want in life, YET it never seems to work the way we expect it to be. You close your eyes to think and feel as if it's already here. Then leave in disappointment as soon as we open our eyes. Here's the misconception: It's impossible to manifest the right way without WITNESSING THE OUTCOME. To genuinely think and feel the things we want in our lives, we must gather evidence that we are truly worthy of it. Where do we pull that evidence from? Experiences through our past. Every MICRO-ACTION we take and reaction we receive is a data our brain collects everyday, even when we don't remember it. You might think "I'm know myself very well", yet repressing unknown areas we never talk about. In order to achieve something that we've never achieved, we must not only collect new evidences, but we also let go of the ones that already exist. A huge part of learning, requires UNLEARNING. Which only happens through radical acceptance and awareness. Only then we can truly reach our inner desires, only then we truly are on the path of becoming what we always wanted to become.

My Introduction!
So I'm starting this community in hopes that I'll be able to meet more people like myself where we can support each other. So who am I? I'm am Multi-Passionate person: an artist, psycho analytic, investor, on the way to becoming a Mental Health Professional. A little background: I've always been an extremely curious person, as a kid I was into gaming, then I wanted to learn to skate 🛼 so I did, got into canvas painting did few exhibitions, then I changed my mind 😌, started learning guitar - became a guitarist, on the way I discovered I have a nice enough voice, so I self-taught myself to sing, then joined a band as a vocalist. After a year, the band did not last due to mismatched alignment, so I thought f**k it, I will go solo. So I started learning drums (for a while), then I taught myself mixing, then I started composing my own songs. After a year or two, my motivation went down. 😏 Because I needed to make money, so I got into high ticket sales in the education service industry & ended up making a ton of money and continue that for approximately 4 to 5 years. Now that I finally was making money, during this time I thought I should invest. but where? I don't understand anything about it. Got curious about crypto currencies, learned as much as I could, poured a big portion of my income into crypto, then ended up losing most of it. Don't worry I didn't put all of it. 😅 In 2022, I started a new product based business it started off pretty well. Until I moved to USA in 2023. I came here in to complete my Masters in Communication, because I always wanted to be in psychology. (Yes I know it's weird). My undergrad was in business, I couldn't get admission into Counseling Psychology. So I graduated my 1st Masters program, and finally made it into Counseling Psychology. (Now I'm continuing my education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling). Through my chaotic experience, I've learned there's an aspect of psychology in every single thing we do, how we live our life, what we think, what we achieve & what we don't. I overcame huge obstacles in my life, and I want to help others do the same.
