Providing a compassionate and non-technical skills approach to worker support, HuFTI supervision will give attendees the following skills and knowledge:

- The impact of a poor supervision culture and practice on workers, service users and organisations
- Learn about the benefits and non-technical skills needed to deliver effective supervision
