A good expansion score and a simpler wheat stalk is my go to๐๐ป๐คช I get creative sometimes but rarely. I'm glad I started this community... little did I know it would spark my creativity also - I'm ready to start trying fun scoring designs lol
Plus really investing in understanding my oven more to get that PERFECT loaf that I want. The one's I make now are beautiful and delicious, buttttt they could be better๐ค๐ผ lol
