My introduction
Hello All,
By day I'm a civil engineer and by night I'm an avid cook and baker. I love to create great food for my family, friends and coworkers. I recently started my sourdough journey in October after years of being intimidated by the process. So far I have not baked a loaf of bread but I've made quite a few things with my discard. I've made brownies, coffee cake, crackers, waffles, etc. I'm here to learn from everyone and to gain some new recipes for my arsenal.
