This is literally just an artisan loaf that's covered in everything bagel seasoning after shaping! And it's divinneeee
My theory is the layer of everything bagel seasoning creates a coating on the skin of the dough and traps heat, so the dough ferments a bit better in the fridge๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ maybe someone here has another theory or explanation lol
