New Investor from FL
Hello all, my name is Manny. My wife and I are new investors to commercial multifamily. I am also a licensed realtor in FL. We have been investing since 2019 and have done various fix and flips, have a short-term rental we are selling, and have a residential multifamily unit we are finishing rehabbing to put on the rental market in April. We are looking for Multifamily Apartments 5-50 units anywhere in Florida near major metropolitan areas (Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach, Daytona Beach, Jacksonville) also looking in Nashville, Chatanooga and surrounding areas of Tennessee and finally Charleston South Carolina or 30 min from Charleston, SC area.
