Lately, I've been diving deep into dietary fiber and its massive impact on the gut microbiome, energy levels, blood sugar stability, inflammation, and preventing chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and even some cancers. Fiber feeds beneficial bacteria, producing short-chain fatty acids that support gut health, boost energy, and reduce disease risk—yet most of us get way less than recommended!
