Day 6 HBP challenge
Caffeine was eliminated and it missing it . Reduced screen .. I am walking 20-30 minimum daily . I’ve added Hibiscus tea to evening routine and I’ve been drinking beet juice and oats in the am . I’ve done the garlic but have not been consistent
