Day 9 am pressure pre-med 113/75 pm numbers 112/70,110/55 and 119/70 this is unbelievable, the only thing o really gave up was the coffee. I allow myself to enjoy a cup a coffee a week on Saturday morning. Lemon water first thing and hibiscus tea in my YETI for the day. Tje other eliminators were a non issue for me . The walking ery day was the biggest challenge for me I’d have to say. It’s mental but every day as i talked myself out of it. I’d say okay let’s do it before it gets dark . And as soon as i get outside , i am glad I am and it’s great but ery day i start off saying . I am not walking today🤷🏽♀️ that’s my truth but I walked ery day and I going to keep on .
