Day 9 BP challenge
Day 9 am pressure pre-med 113/75 pm numbers 112/70,110/55 and 119/70 this is unbelievable, the only thing o really gave up was the coffee. I allow myself to enjoy a cup a coffee a week on Saturday morning. Lemon water first thing and hibiscus tea in my YETI for the day. Tje other eliminators were a non issue for me . The walking ery day was the biggest challenge for me I’d have to say. It’s mental but every day as i talked myself out of it. I’d say okay let’s do it before it gets dark . And as soon as i get outside , i am glad I am and it’s great but ery day i start off saying . I am not walking today🤷🏽‍♀️ that’s my truth but I walked ery day and I going to keep on . Thank you for teaching the science .

Day 8 High Blood Pressure Challenge
3/25/26 am 136/75 PM pressure 122/76 103/67 Eliminations have included no caffeine Had already eliminated processed foods pop, red meat and sugar Currently stacking Walking Increased hydration Lemon water in the morning Beet juice Completely mindful over everything This challenge has blessed my soul I am inspired to continue this new way of life with understanding the science Thank you Dr. this gift

Day 6 HBP challenge
Caffeine was eliminated and it missing it . Reduced screen .. I am walking 20-30 minimum daily . I’ve added Hibiscus tea to evening routine and I’ve been drinking beet juice and oats in the am . I’ve done the garlic but have not been consistent Am numbers 128/81 and numbers 122/68, 119/71 Daily prayers and gratitude. Daily
Day five HB challenge
Day 1 116/71 vs day 5 119/78 Inspired by this challenge to eliminate the meds Optimistic and motivated to be succcessful with this challenge . The tools we are receiving will ensure .
