Life happens-and that’s OK
Disappointed I didn’t make it to the gym today. Work was busy, got home late, got pulled over, dryer broke, lost track of time! Not the best feeling missing the workout, but going to try to wake up early tomorrow to try to get my work out in before work. I know I will not have much breaks tomorrow and will be busy tomorrow night! Wanted to post this as this is also part of the journey. Trying not to be hard on myself for missing today.
