Hey Movers! As we move into the last weeks of April, I’m deep into May programming and SO excited for what’s coming.
But first, a little recap of this year so far:
January - Movement Creates Momentum. We stopped waiting to “feel ready” and just started moving.
February - Consistency Over Perfection. Not perfection, just showing up again and again.
March - Training for LIFE. We trained for stairs, groceries, kids, grandkids, adventures, and everyday strength.
April - HOT MESS ON A MISSION. We took all that momentum and consistency and built real‑life strength.
And now… MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!! We are becoming a force of strength.
May will include: 5 strength workouts/week (our foundation) PLUS 1 DIY SIT workout (Sprint Interval Training) which is :40 of work :90 of rest (yes… a whole minute and a half of rest!) SIT is programmed to build heart health, endurance, and power, and you CAN do it.
I can’t wait to move with you in May.
