Take a Moment with This.. It's Powerful
Hello ladies, I received this in my inbox from my dear friend Myriah @myriahseasonwellness (follow her along, you’ll thank me later), and it really resonated. Take a moment with this, it’s powerful. I’ve done several hormone detoxes with Myriah, and they’ve been truly life-changing for me. At Hot Flash Health, we’ll be share more about Myriah's incredible program—stay tuned! 🌿 Hello! Lately, I've been reflecting on something that feels incredibly important… and deeply personal. When did we stop trusting ourselves? When did we begin believing that the voice within us wasn't reliable…That our emotions were too much…That our intuition was something to second guess instead of follow? Because if you're honest…You've probably felt it before. A quiet knowing. A whisper. A nudge that said: "This doesn't feel right." "This is the path." "Slow down. ""Move forward." And yet…How often have we talked ourselves out of it? I know I have. For so many of us, we've been subtly taught that our inner voice isn't trustworthy. That our emotions are irrational. That we need someone outside of us… a doctor, an expert, a system… to tell us what is right for our bodies and our lives. But what if the wisdom you’ve been searching for…Has been within you all along? What if your emotions aren't weaknesses…But signals? What if your intuition isn't random…But guidance? What if your body isn't working against you…But trying to communicate with you? Because here's something I've witnessed again and again, both in my own life and with the women I work with: When we quiet the noise…When we clear the physical burden…When we detox the body… Something remarkable happens. Clarity returns. The whispers become louder. The connection deepens. You begin to feel lighter. More expansive. More joyful. More aligned. And something else begins to awaken…Your Inner Intelligence System. Because our intuition isn't just a voice in our head…It's biological. It's energetic. Its deeply connected to the state of our nervous system, our hormones, and the overall burden our bodies are carrying. The bigger the burden, the quieter our inner voice will be. When the body is overloaded…With toxins, stress, inflammation, and noise…It becomes harder to hear ourselves.
