Core day!!
No running for me today :( but I did walk at a fast pace (3-3.5) for 35min. Then came the planks!! Whoa I remember doing them when I was in middle school for softball and it was like nothing. Today was def a challenge! I also opted for the crunch machine instead of on the floor crunches so it was easier on my back. And the back extensions… talk about core on FiRE! Ha happy Tuesday guys (:
