Week 3!!
Happy Monday guys!! The running is still a struggle for me but leg day is my favorite and I killed it! I love walking out of the gym feeling like Bambi ha ha.
Core day
No joke lol. I am feeling today’s workout already!! I don’t think planks ever get easier ha ha. Have a great day!!
Week 2
Yesterday I just ran/walked and that’s all I had time for so today I got up late but still had an hour at the gym! I killed back & arm day! One of my favs honestly!! Hope you guys have a great wednesday(:
Week 2 day 1 (repeat)
Leg days are my favorite; upped the weight on all my exercises this week!! My leg press is now at 85lbs! My legs are jello. Still trying to get the hang of running; it’s gona click I know it is… lol Happy Monday y’all.
Weekly weigh in
This week was a bust for me BUT I weighed myself this morning and I am down from 240 to 234.2!! I haven’t been able to get under 240 no matter what I did for the past year!! I’m so excited! I’m also re-starting week 2 of my program tomorrow because this week didn’t go as planned; back to the grind tomorrow!! 🥰 Enjoy your Sunday Horizon Runners 💞
