DAY 2 OF A BENCH PLAYER BECOMING STARTER
i forget to share with u what i did yesterday:
Alright today my legs were really sore from yesterday workout, so today i prefered work on quantity and not quality. I made 180 shots from 3 by myself in 2 hour and a half. I shot with a lot of dribble combos and i was focus on my footwork.
So at the end it was a really good workout. Tonight i planned to work again on weighted push ups (100 reps) and pull ups (50 reps)
